 Utilisez l'option <cmd>--forms</cmd> pour créer une boîte de dialogue de formulaire.
	
 Options de la boîte de dialogue de formulaire :

	Ajouter une nouvelle entrée dans la boîte de dialogue de formulaire.

 <title>--add-password<cmd/>=<var>NomDeChamp</var></title>
	Ajouter une nouvelle entrée de mot de passe dans la boîte de dialogue de formulaire (texte masqué).
 </item>

 <title><cmd>--add-calendar</cmd>=<var>NomDeChamp</var></title>
	Ajouter un nouveau calendrier dans la boîte de dialogue de formulaire.
 </item>

<item>
 <title><cmd>--text</cmd>=<var>TEXTE</var></title>
	Définir le texte de la boîte de dialogue.
 </item>

<item>
 <title><cmd>--separator</cmd>=<var>SÉPARATEUR</var></title>
	Définir le caractère de séparation pour la sortie (par défaut : « | »).
 </item>

 <title><cmd>--forms-date-format</cmd>=<var>MOTIF</var></title>
	Spécifier le format de la date retournée. Le format par défaut dépend de votre localisation. Le motif doit être un format que la fonction <cmd>strftime</cmd> accepte, par exemple <var>%A %d/%m/%y</var>.
